Scott Biggs is a semi-retired investor and advocate residing primarily in western Montana. Today, Biggs owns an upscale steak house restaurant and bar on Flathead Lake Montana and owns several Bison Ranches, but still spends significant time being an advocate and political supporter to various candidates and pet causes including the expansion and development of natural Bison (North American Buffalo) as a viable and predicable agribusiness and food choice.
Earlier in his long and diverse career, Scott Biggs was the former founder and CEO of Assured Performance, an international business with hundred of employees, headquartered in southern California. He is the author of numerous business books, video programs, and management workshops. Scott Biggs is known around the world as publisher, host, lecturer, panel moderator, consultant, innovator, strategist, futurist, and author. But most of all, Biggs was a tirerless friend to thousands of business owners. Biggs has degrees in Communications and Business, and a graduate degree in Industrial Psychology. He is a former US Senate Aid and worked on numerous political campaigns from local to state and national.
For 35 years, Biggs focused his talents in business development for a wide variety of industries and business clients both large and small including the automotive industry, hotels, restaurants, auto repair, manufacturing, construction and more. He was a critical team leader in developing revolutionary new concepts in software, eye wear, internet marketing and communications, and much more. In his final 15 years in business, Biggs developed the premier Business Certification entity. The organization “certified” thousands of business across north american for their compliance to standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
As an Entrepreneur for 40 yers, Scott Biggs has successfully launched more than a dozen of his own businesses and assisted with the development of thousands more. Beginning in 1985, Biggs focused more and more of his talents on projects in the automotive industry beginning with a state-of-the-art management systems for Mechanical and Collision repair businesses and later on educational programs delivered in live settings and video tape. Following that, Biggs was the creator and principal marketer of numerous businesses and products that became household names in various segments of the auto industry such as BodyShop Video, Collision Concepts, Business Development Group, EOM, eBOSS, BodyShopTV.com, Assured Performance Network, and BodyShopBuying.com,and powerful network and enterprise applications such as ShopOps, and APEX. Through his companies, Biggs designed, marketed, and delivered numerous software product that are used by tens of thousands of businesses most especially the collision repair and auto insurance industries.
Biggs has delivered over one million hours of management education, consultation, and inspiration to the nearly 175,000 business professionals as a viewing audience and class attendees. Biggs’ companies have provided management services, marketing and advertising to thousands of businesses. Befor retiring in 2021, Scott Biggs developed the world’s largest certified business network and business Cooperative (co-op) with over 8,500 locations across North America. He also developed a consumer advocacy organization that helped to ensure consumers had certified business choices and know their rights as consumers.
Biggs’ industry contributions are numerous including co-founder of the National Auto Body Council (NABC), and an advisor, advisory board member or consultant to several industry notable organizations such as GM, Ford, Honda, Toyota, ASA, SCRS, CIC, ICAR, CCC, Process Claims, 3M, NAPA, Sherwin-Williams, AKZO, BASF and dozens more! Biggs has received the highest recognitions and honors for his extensive contribusions to various industries over the course of his 40+ year career.
