Women are increasingly playing a greater role in all aspects of the business world. One of the lowest levels of participation for women in management and other leadership roles is in the automotive industry and even lower in the collision repair industry. There is an obvious leadership vacuum in the collision repair and claims industry. To address this need, the industry is in desperate need to bring professional women to the forefront. This conference is designed to help address this critical issue by bringing the professional women of the collision industry together so that they might meet other professionals, share ideas, establish friendships and build bridges to the future, together.
